ABOUT ME

I earned my J.D. from Harvard Law School and have nearly 15 years of wide-ranging legal experience. My interest in law was solidified after graduating summa cum laude from Brandeis University, when I joined the legal department at The Kraft Group, the organization behind the New England Patriots. This role gave me invaluable, hands-on exposure to corporate law and business operations.

 

After law school, I joined Goodwin Procter LLP, where I focused on tax law, corporate transactions, and complex restructurings. I later served as General Counsel at Match Education, overseeing a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law, employment law, regulatory compliance, education law, and nonprofit governance.

 

I founded TG Law, LLC in 2022 to leverage my breadth of knowledge and in-house perspective to serve clients seeking exceptional, practical and timely legal service at a reasonable cost. Licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York, I have a proven record in heavily regulated and ever-evolving industries, such as healthcare and education. In a legal landscape where many attorneys specialize in a narrow niche, my broad experience across various areas of law allows me to comprehensively support my clients, ensuring I never lose sight of the bigger picture.
