ABOUT ME

I am the founder of TG Law, a transactional and fractional general counsel practice serving mid-sized and growing companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, fintech, education, and real estate. Licensed in New York and Massachusetts, I bring over 15 years of experience spanning large-firm practice, in-house general counsel work, and private practice.

I earned my J.D. from Harvard Law School and graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University. Before law school, I worked in the legal department at The Kraft Group, where I gained early exposure to corporate operations and business law at a high-profile organization.
I began my career at Goodwin LLP, where I focused on tax law, corporate transactions, and complex restructurings. I then served as General Counsel at Match Education, where I was responsible for all legal functions across the organization, including commercial contracts, employment, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. That in-house experience shapes how I practice today: legal advice has to be operationally grounded, timely, and aligned with what the business is actually trying to accomplish.
I founded TG Law in 2022 to provide the kind of legal support that growing companies actually need: senior judgment, fast turnaround, and practical advice grounded in how businesses really operate. My practice is built around commercial contracts, leasing, healthcare, and fintech transactions, employment matters, and regulatory compliance for clients operating across multiple states and industries. In a legal landscape where many attorneys specialize in a narrow niche, cross-industry experience enables me to provide comprehensive support to my clients.
